At Yomy’s Masterpieces, each piece is handcrafted to order — created with care, aligned with your vision, and made especially for your space.

Because of the bespoke nature of our work, we kindly ask you to review our return and refund policy before placing your order:

1. Made-to-Order Policy
All our pieces are made upon request and begin production after your order is confirmed.
As such, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has started.

2. Damages During Shipping
Every piece is carefully inspected and professionally packed before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged area(s)

  • Packaging from all sides

  • The shipping label

We will investigate the issue and offer a solution that may include repair, replacement, or partial compensation — depending on the situation.
Note: All claims must be submitted within the stated time frame for us to take appropriate action.

3. Customization Accuracy
We take great care to confirm all customization details — including dimensions, materials, colors, and finishes — directly with you before production begins.

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our work and the uniqueness of each order, slight variations may occur between the actual piece and its online representation.
However, we always verify all colors and materials with you directly, as each item is produced once and uniquely for your space.

Returns are not accepted for custom pieces unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed on our end.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their tailored nature, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-measure furniture

  • Items with special color or material selections

  • Sale or promotional pieces

5. Adjustments Before Production
If you need to adjust your order, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmation.
We are happy to accommodate reasonable changes before production begins.

6. Packaging and Installation Quality
Before shipping, each piece is professionally photographed and shared with you for final review and approval.
We take great care in packaging to ensure the product arrives safely and in excellent condition.

For furniture that requires assembly, a trusted and trained team from our side will be sent to handle installation with care and precision — ensuring your piece is placed and set up exactly as intended.

7. Our Commitment to You
We are committed to delivering a piece that reflects your vision and enhances your space.
Should you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to assist you with integrity, care, and professionalism.

While we don’t offer returns, each piece is crafted with precision and quality.
In the rare case of a production fault, we will gladly address it to ensure your satisfaction with the final result.

يتم تنفيذ كل قطعة بعناية فائقة ووفقًا لرؤية العميل، مما يجعلها فريدة وخاصة بكل طلب
ونظرًا لأن جميع منتجاتنا تُصنّع حسب الطلب، نرجو من عملائنا الكرام قراءة السياسة التالية بعناية قبل تأكيد الطلب:

١. سياسة المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب
يتم بدء تنفيذ القطع بعد تأكيد الطلب مباشرة.
لذلك، لا يمكن إلغاء أو استرجاع الطلب أو استرداد المبلغ بعد بدء التصنيع.

٢. الأضرار أثناء الشحن
نقوم بفحص كل قطعة بعناية وتغليفها باحتراف قبل الشحن.
في حال وصول قطعة بها تلف أو عيب، نرجو التواصل معنا خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام مع إرسال:

  • صور واضحة لموضع التلف

  • صور للتغليف من جميع الجوانب

  • صورة ملصق الشحن

سنراجع الحالة ونقترح الحل الأنسب، سواء إصلاح أو استبدال أو تعويض جزئي، حسب ما تتطلبه الحالة.
ملاحظة: يجب إرسال الطلب خلال المهلة المحددة حتى نتمكن من التعامل معه بالشكل المناسب.

٣. دقة التخصيص
نحرص على تأكيد جميع تفاصيل التخصيص — من الأبعاد، والخامات، والألوان، والتشطيبات — مع العميل بشكل مباشر قبل بدء التنفيذ.

يرجى العلم أنه نظرًا للطبيعة اليدوية في التصنيع وفرادَة كل طلب، قد تحدث اختلافات طفيفة جدًا بين الصورة المعروضة على الموقع والقطعة الفعلية.
لكننا دائمًا نعتمد الألوان والخامات مع العميل بشكل مباشر، لأن كل قطعة تُنفذ مرة واحدة خصيصًا لك.

لا نقبل الاسترجاع في حالة المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب إلا في حال وجود خطأ في التصنيع من جانبنا.

٤. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع
نظرًا لطبيعتها المصمّمة خصيصًا، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال ما يلي:

  • القطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب أو المقاسات الخاصة

  • المنتجات ذات الخامات أو الألوان المختارة خصيصًا

  • القطع ضمن العروض أو الخصومات

٥. التعديلات على الطلب قبل التصنيع
في حال رغبتِ في تعديل الطلب، نرجو التواصل خلال ٤٨ ساعة من تأكيده، وسنقوم بتنفيذ التعديلات الممكنة قبل بدء التنفيذ.

٦. جودة التغليف والتركيب
قبل الشحن، نقوم بتصوير كل قطعة بشكل احترافي ومشاركتها مع العميل للمراجعة والموافقة النهائية.
نحرص على تغليف كل قطعة بعناية لضمان وصولها بأمان وفي أفضل حالة ممكنة.

أما القطع التي تتطلب تركيبًا، فيتم إرسال فريق متخصص من طرفنا لتركيبها باحترافية تامة، والتأكد من وضعها في المكان المناسب بالشكل المتفق عليه.

٧. التزامنا تجاهك
نحن ملتزمون بتقديم قطع فنية تعبّر عن ذوقك وتُضفي طابعًا فريدًا على مساحتك.
في حال وجود أي ملاحظات أو استفسارات، نحن هنا دائمًا لدعمك بكل احترام واحترافية.

ورغم أننا لا نقدم خدمة الاسترجاع، فإن كل قطعة تُنفّذ بأعلى درجات الحرفية والدقة.
وفي حال وجود خطأ في التنفيذ من جانبنا، نعدك بالتعامل معه لضمان رضاك الكامل عن المنتج النهائي.
