At Yomy’s Masterpieces, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to reflect your unique taste and vision. Because we work exclusively with made-to-order products, our shipping process is designed to uphold the same standards of precision, care, and transparency.

1. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated separately once your piece is completed and professionally packaged.
The final cost will vary based on:

• The size and weight of the finished package

• Your delivery location (local or international)

• Current carrier rates

You will receive a shipping quote for approval prior to dispatch. Shipment will only proceed once payment for shipping has been received.

2. Production & Dispatch Timeline
Our standard production timeline is 8 to 10 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
For more complex or highly customized pieces, the timeline may vary slightly.
We keep you informed throughout the process and notify you of the estimated completion and shipping dates.

3. Delivery Method
We ship through trusted logistics partners who specialize in handling luxury furniture.
Depending on the size and destination, your item may be delivered via freight or white-glove delivery service (where available).
Tracking details will be shared as soon as your piece is dispatched.

4. International Orders
We proudly serve clients worldwide. Please note:

• Shipping quotes do not include customs duties or import taxes.

• These additional charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by your local authorities upon arrival.

5. Delivery Acceptance
Upon receiving your order, we kindly recommend:

• Inspecting the item carefully before signing any delivery confirmation.

• In case of any damage, please notify us within 48 hours, accompanied by photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address for completeness and accuracy.
We cannot be held liable for delivery delays or missed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

7. Assembly Services
Some large or complex items may require on-site assembly.
We provide trusted professionals for this service, ensuring proper setup and safe handling.
The cost of assembly is the client’s responsibility and will be quoted before scheduling delivery.

في Yomy’s Masterpieces، كل قطعة يتم تنفيذها يدويًا بعناية لتجسيد ذوقك الفريد ورؤيتك الخاصة. ونظرًا لأن جميع منتجاتنا تُنفّذ حسب الطلب، فقد تم تصميم عملية الشحن لدينا بنفس المستوى من الدقة، الاهتمام، والشفافية.

١. رسوم الشحن
يتم حساب رسوم الشحن بشكل منفصل بعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ القطعة وتغليفها بشكل احترافي.
وتختلف الرسوم النهائية وفقًا لـ:

• أبعاد ووزن الطرد النهائي

• موقع التسليم (محلي أو دولي)

• أسعار شركة الشحن وقت الإرسال

سنرسل لك عرض تكلفة الشحن للموافقة عليه قبل الإرسال، ولا يتم شحن القطعة إلا بعد استلام قيمة الشحن كاملة.

٢. مدة التنفيذ والتجهيز للشحن
مدة الإنتاج المعتادة تتراوح بين ٨ إلى ١٠ أسابيع من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب والدفع.
في بعض الحالات، قد تختلف المدة حسب درجة التعقيد أو التخصيص في التصميم.
نقوم بإبلاغك بالمستجدات خلال كافة مراحل التنفيذ، بما في ذلك المواعيد التقديرية للانتهاء والشحن.

٣. طريقة الشحن
يتم شحن القطع من خلال شركات شحن موثوقة متخصصة في التعامل مع الأثاث الفاخر والحساس.
وفقًا لحجم القطعة وموقع التسليم، قد يتم الشحن عبر شركات شحن ثقيل أو بخدمة “التوصيل داخل المنزل” (White Glove) إن توفرت.
سيتم تزويدك برقم تتبع فور إرسال الطلب.

٤. الشحن الدولي
نحن نقدّم خدمات الشحن للعملاء في جميع أنحاء العالم بكل فخر.
يرجى ملاحظة ما يلي:

• رسوم الشحن لا تشمل الرسوم الجمركية أو الضرائب المحلية.

• يتحمّل العميل مسؤولية دفع هذه الرسوم عند وصول الشحنة، ويتم تحصيلها من الجهات المحلية المختصة.

٥. استلام الطلب
عند استلام القطعة، نوصي بـ:

• فحص المنتج بعناية قبل التوقيع على استلامه.

• في حال وجود أي ضرر، نرجو منك التواصل معنا خلال ٤٨ ساعة مع إرسال صور للمنتج والتغليف حتى نتمكن من مساعدتك فورًا.

٦. دقة العنوان
يرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان الشحن بشكل دقيق وكامل.
لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو مشاكل ناتجة عن معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة أثناء الطلب.

٧. خدمة التركيب
بعض القطع الكبيرة أو المعقدة قد تتطلب تركيبًا داخل المساحة المخصصة.
نوفّر هذه الخدمة من خلال فنيين معتمدين لضمان تركيب آمن وتعامل احترافي مع القطعة.
يتحمّل العميل تكلفة هذه الخدمة، ويتم تحديد التكلفة قبل ترتيب الشحن.
